Life can be a harsh journey… but if you have earned and retained the loyalty of quality people, there will always be someone you can turn to in the darkest of hours.
This brings into focus two critically important questions:

- How do I identify, avoid and eliminate low-quality people from my life – people who are not worthy of my loyalty or won’t return my loyalty?
